Talent: Electric Guitar, Electric Bass-Guitar, Guitar Technology
North Carolina
Obtained first guitar at age 12; learned to play by ear.
Played trombone in Jr. High School; first introduced to music theory.
Won High School talent-show on guitar with first rock band (age 17).
Began to write original guitar music. Aced course in music theory in High School .
Designed original guitar, and started studying electronics (age 19).
Played guitar part-time in volunteer religious orchestras; 3 years.
Became a guitar repairman and part-time guitar teacher at small music store.
Texas
Kept day jobs as a repairman while jamming part-time with local rock-bands.
Earned a certificate in electronics repair; started focus on audio and guitar electronics.
Founded non-profit East Texas Musicians Association in Tyler, TX (1983).
Continued to compose original guitar music.

Kept day-jobs in repair while working part-time as a lead-guitarist in nightclubs.
